1. The Service

Taskr is a web-based task management application that allows you to create, organize, and track tasks and collections.

2. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One person per account; accounts are non-transferable

3. Your Content

"Your Content" means the tasks, collections, and other data you create in Taskr.

• You retain ownership of Your Content
• You grant us a license to store, display, and process Your Content to provide the service
• You are responsible for Your Content and must not upload illegal or harmful material

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malware, spam, or malicious content
• Violate the rights of others
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

We may:

• Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Suspend accounts that violate these Terms

6. Termination

By You: You may delete your account at any time through account settings.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice except in cases of severe violations.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim
• We are not liable for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

This does not limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or other matters that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and applicable European Union regulations. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bulgaria, except where consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
